Warranty Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Prins Watersport BV for your boat purchase. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Below are the warranty terms and conditions:

1. Coverage Period: Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.

2. Coverage: Prins Watersport BV warrants that the boat delivered shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

3. Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or any alterations or modifications made to the boat without prior authorization from Prins Watersport BV.

4. Claims Procedure: In the event of a warranty claim, you must notify Prins Watersport BV in writing within a reasonable time frame upon discovery of the defect. The notification should include a description of the issue and proof of purchase.

5. Resolution: Prins Watersport BV reserves the right to repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective part or component covered under this warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability: Prins Watersport BV’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or components. Prins Watersport BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the polyester boat.

7. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the boat.

8. Governing Law: These warranty terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

9. Third-Party Materials: Any third-party materials included, including but not limited to engines and batteries, are subject to the warranty terms and conditions provided by their respective suppliers. In the event of any discrepancy between the warranty provided by Prins Watersport BV and the warranty provided by the supplier of third-party materials, the warranty provided by the supplier shall prevail.
